" A big Business starts small "
An extension workshop was held on 1ST MAY’2023 at the auditorium on the theme of Business Plan [ Entrepreneurs] . The speaker was Ms. Komal Sharma , alumni of Gitarattan Institute Of Advanced Studies And Training. And currently she is associated with cbse affiliated renowned school as a Business Studies teacher. Ms. Komal started with a basic introduction about the business plan , how to write the B.Plan and the importance of having a business plan. And how B.Plan helps us to overcome that problem.
She started with discussing the concept of a business plan , how we need to capture the problem and later overcoming the issue. But the main question pointed out was , the purpose of having a business plan and what type of business plan we have to make.
We need to focus on the need and parameters of making the B.Plan . We as entrepreneurs need to keep in mind why our business is unique from others . And why should the customer buy our product? Keeping in mind all the points in our mind we should make our business plan flexible . Which ultimately leads to upgradation of the business and making it more innovative to attract the consumers .
Ms. Komal also gave us an introduction about freelancing and what are the strengths and weaknesses of being a freelancer.
Later in the end she ends with giving the precautions and executive summary of the business plan. And motivated us to become successful entrepreneurs in the future. The extension lecture was successful as it provided meaningfulness to make a good business plan and imbibe us to reflect on our effective us of it in the future . The overall experience was great.
